DELIVERY TIMES + RATES

Standard: Australia wide FREE SHIPPING on all orders | 1-4 business days

Express: Australia wide flat rate - $15.00 per hamper | 1-2 business days

Next Day or Same Day: Next day delivery is usually available for most locations, and same day to most major cities - please contact us ASAP for a fast, customised quote

PO Boxes: Standard deliveries to PO Boxes will incur an additional delivery fee of $15. After placing your order, a payment request for this fee will be sent.


GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION: Delivery times are calculated from time of dispatch. All orders are custom-packed daily with most being dispatched within 24 hours - usually sooner. Every effort is made to ensure fast delivery times and although usually correct, they are estimates only, due to circumstance outside of our control. Larger orders or those made during the peak Christmas season in December may occasionally require an extra 24-48 hour lead-in time. We will keep you updated at all times. Please see the ‘Bulk Orders’ section of this page for more information on large orders.

REMOTE LOCATIONS: For remote locations, please allow an extra 1-7 business days for delivery, however most orders do arrive within the delivery estimates.


DELIVERIES TO HOSPITALS, HOTELS + RETIREMENT RESIDENCES

Giftery Australia makes every effort to deliver your hamper within 1-2 business days to hospitals, hotels and retirement residences. Please try to include as much information as possible including:

- Room/Bed/Apartment Number
- Ward Name
- Whether the recipient is a patient, guest, resident or staff member

Please ensure your recipient has enough time before checking out to receive their hamper in allowing for it to pass through possible security checks/mail room registers at these locations.

Please note Giftery Australia accepts no responsibility once the parcel has been signed for by these premises, in ensuring they pass the hamper onto the recipient and has no control over the timeframe for these businesses to pass the hamper onto the recipient.

Delivery to a work or home address is always recommended.


LATE DELIVERIES

Please inform us ASAP if an order has not arrived within the estimated time frame. We will contact the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

Our online store is designed for the processing and shipping of gift hampers to one address. For orders going to multiple addresses, please contact us for a free and fast customised quote. We will calculate the best freight options for your bulk order, including regular and express delivery options.

Most bulk orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours, however some may require an extra 24-48 hour lead-in time. We will keep you updated at all times. For all bulk orders please direct your enquiries to our office so that we are able to better discuss your needs and any other applicable discounts or delivery options which you may require.

Please note that during our peak season in December, delivery times my take longer than usual, due to circumstances beyond our control.

Our luxury packaging has been designed to give every recipient the ‘WOW’ factor experience. Our high quality gifts come packaged in luxurious designer gift boxes, bound with satin ribbon bows and accessories that the recipient will want to keep forever. Every gift is carefully packaged here in our Melbourne studio and only the most luxurious, yet practical packaging materials are used. This is to ensure that the hamper and contents arrive to their destination in the same condition they left.
All items listed online are in stock unless otherwise stated. Giftery Australia reserves the right to substitute a product temporarily unavailable for a product of equal or greater quality and value, including packaging.
Please contact us to request a return, refund or exchange. In the unfortunate event that a hamper has been damaged through the delivery process, please contact us to organise for the hamper to be returned and a replacement hamper will be organised at no extra cost to you. If you decide not to accept a replacement hamper we will refund the amount of the hamper in full. If you need to return or exchange an item, send us an email at hello@giftery.com.au for a return address and information on suitable shipping methods. Return requests must be made within 7 days from delivery, and damaged/faulty items returned within 14 days from delivery. Please contact us for confirmation of your return before returning an item. Giftery Australia makes every endeavour to deliver an order by the date requested. However, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to an order cancelation. Incorrect information can result in delays in delivery. Please ensure the delivery address you provide is correct, before placing your order. For deliveries to business addresses you must include the business name with your order. A re-delivery fee will need to be charged if an incorrect address is given, or if a patient has been discharged from hospital. Parcels that are successfully delivered, when an incorrect address is provided, are not eligible for refunds. It is your responsibility to inform us immediately if an order has not arrived. If you wish to query a delivery, please contact us at hello@giftery.com.au and we will look into it, with every endeavour made to ensure the parcel’s earliest possible arrival.
Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence to supply or sell alcohol to a person under the age of 18. Alcohol may only be purchased or received by people 18 years and over.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately at hello@giftery.com.au Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Giftery Australia. Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
The information Giftery Australia collects from our customers is strictly confidential and is not shared with any third party (other than the courier company assigned for your order’s delivery). We will not disclose your personal information to anybody without your permission.​
